Rates and Policies

January 1st - April 14th = $149 per night (2 night minimum)

April 15th - October 15th = $159 per night (2 night minimum)

October 16th - December 31st = $149 per night (2 night minimum)

Holiday Rate - $210 per night (2 night minimum)

6 Adult Maximum occupancy

Rates are based on 4 adult occupancy - It is an additional $20 for each person after the 4th person.

We will not rent to vacationing students or singles under 30 years of age.

Reservations

A deposit of 2 nights is required upon making reservations. Balance is due 15 days prior to arrival. A credit card is required for payment and security in case of damages.

Cancellations/Refunds

There are no refunds if cancellation is within 15 days of your arrival.

NO Smoking or Pets

No exceptions. If there is evidence of smoking or pets in the house, there will be a penalty of $250.

If there is any damage or missing items, there will be a $250 penalty assessed.

Rental Policies

Reservations - Reservations can be made on our website, grandriversrental.com or by phone, (615) 305-6014. Our home is privately owned and prices are subject to change.

Arrivals - for our guests is after 3:00 p.m.

Keys - You will be given one set of keys at arrival. Within 48 hours of your arrival, you will be sent by email a code for the lock box to retreive the keys.

Departures - All good things must unfortunately end! Departure is promptly by 11:00 a.m. NO EXCEPTIONS!
