Just minutes from each ramp and is only 1.5 miles from Barkley Dam and 3 miles from Kentucky Dam. The home is only minutes (2 miles) from downtown Grand Rivers, KY where you will find Patty's Settlement, antique shopping, live theater and live music in the park. Kentucky Lake State Resort is just a short drive (3 miles) away where you can play a game of golf or tennis and the kids can be entertained with horseback riding, go carts, miniature golf, sand beaches and boat and jet ski rental. The Trail head of the Land Between the Lakes is also just minutes away which provides hiking, bike trails, elk & bison prairies and a plantatarium. The house is located in a great neighborhood so you can get away from the crowd and have no worries about parking on our extra large, blacktop drive that will hold 8 vehicles. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you will need - microwave, coffeemaker, ice tea maker, blender, gas cook top and oven, toaster oven, garbage disposal and dishwasher. When you return to the house after your fun-filled day on the water, or any of the other fabulous activities nearby, you can grill out under the covered patio comlete with outdoor lighting, charcoal grill, and countertop height table and chairs.
